Jobswap introduced at PICNIC ‘08

About 50 women joined during thenextwomen breakfast at PICNIC’08 in a simple networking game: jobswap. As offline networking  is as important as online networking, thenextwomen designed the tool to accelerate the offline matching of women.

The women filled in their job swap cards with the services that they were offering and the people, activities or things that they were seeking.

Thenextwomen then matched them.  During the auction (photo source volkskrant.nl) of the jobswaps, 25 matches were made within fifteen minutes.
