Hi, my name is Marina Tognetti, the founder of Myngle.

Thank you for the honor of being mentioned internet entrepreneur of the week.
I hope this will also be an example to many more women out there, who have the capacity to be leaders, but have not yet dared to make the bigger step.

I really believe that women can be excellent leaders, entrepreneurs and role models, as long as they are seen and valued for what they are and the value they can bring. Companies led or founded by women tend to have a different culture, which is not good or bad. Just different. You need diversity.

By Myngle, some of the leading positions are also covered by very bright women. A healthy mix brings the best out of everyone, and definitely benefits the company in the long term.

Thank you,

Marina

Writing from a bleak and isolated location which is in Cornwall, England.

Learning to learn with Myngle is quite painless.

A vital asset in the war on ignorance.
