Always be open for questions, change en challenge. Make sure you have a clear mission, vision and strategy. Work with scenario’s, focus and manage your cashflow.

That others can shine

What impact do you make?

That’s not for me to say. But based on feedback I hear: My energy, tips, trips  and empowerment did help others to conquer the next stage they were facing.

What’s true inclusivity for you?

A team with a mixture of man/women from different cultures and ages. With different skills. With an open mindset, willing to listen to eachother and  have an open dialogue and if needed change their perspective.
