LEADER SUMMIT

Leaders have a unique opportunity right now to be very deliberate about how they lead the next 6 months of continued uncertainty.

Join us on January 18th where InspireCorps will present a framework for leaders to reflect on key life experiences that have shaped the leader they are today. This experience is designed to increase self-awareness and operationalize participants’ very personal and diverse ways of leading to success.

PARTICIPANTS WILL

  • Translate past experiences into their current strengths and resilience as leaders today
  • Recognize new capability and opportunity as drivers of future success and aligned to strategic priorities
  • Learn new pathways for building trust through story-telling and self-disclosure

This module draws from the works of scholars and business leaders such as Joseph Campbell, Brene Brown, Warren Bennis, Bill George, and Stew Friedman to demonstrate the power of story and authenticity in leadership.
