How you get in
By invitation, carefully curated. We limit how many businesses we take per sector, because diversity of business, background, age and location is what makes this useful, not just nice.
How groups work
Small groups of women at similar stages, with a few who are slightly ahead in the mix. Real peer support, plus someone who has already done the thing you are about to do.

What is The Next Women?
An invite-only membership for women building and scaling a business in the Netherlands. Small, curated groups meet in monthly masterminds on business finance, financing growth and personal finance.
Who is it for?
Women already building and scaling a business, who want to go big and are ready to talk about money openly. It is not for idea-stage businesses or freelancers.
How do I become a member?
Membership is by invitation. Write to membership@thenextwomen.com with a few lines about who you are, what you are building, your sector and city, and where you want to take the business. Every request is read personally, and we limit how many businesses we take per sector.
What does membership cost?
€1,850 per year, excluding VAT. This includes all monthly masterminds and all quarterly socials. Dinners and the annual weekend are booked separately.
Where and how often do members meet?
Online and in person, starting in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Your small group meets monthly, the wider circle gathers quarterly, and there is an annual weekend away.
What do the masterminds cover?
Three areas: business finance (pricing, margins, cash flow, profitability), financing growth (raising capital, debt, grants, revenue) and personal finance (your own wealth, security and choices).
